- What happens: We discuss your current “digital debt,” your specific academic or professional roles, and what success looks like for you. No judgment, just a conversation about where the friction is.
Step 2: The Digital Ecosystem Audit
- The Goal: To map the “mess” before we move it.
- What happens: We look at your current tools (Google Workspace, Macbook, Notion, Zotero, etc.). I identify the cognitive “bottlenecks”—where you are losing time, energy, or files—and create a custom blueprint for your new architecture.
Step 3: The Custom Build (The Sessions)
- The Goal: To build your supportive architecture together.
- What happens: We meet via Zoom or Google Meet. Unlike a generic service, I don’t just “tidy” for you; we build workflows that match your logic. We might:
- Re-sequence your Google Drive with numbered aliases.
- Set up “Low-Dopamine” filters for your email.
- Create mobile shortcuts to automate repetitive tasks.
- Organize research assets so they stay “visible” even when the are filed.
Setp 4: Sustainable Maintenance & Training
- The Goal: To ensure the system lasts on your hardest days.
- What happens: I don’t leave you with a complex system you can’t maintain. We “stress-test” the workflow to make sure it works when you’re tired or overwhelmed. You’ll receive a simple “Cheat Sheet” and “Client Journey Synthesis” of your new setup so you never feel lost.
